3. Apply morning and evening — Massage into face and neck as part of your AM and PM routine.
4. Build tolerance at each level — Use a minimum of 2–3 bottles before progressing to the next step.
5. Step up sequentially — Move through Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 in order, allowing skin to fully acclimatise at each stage.
