Introductory Retinol Serum for Smoother, Youthful-Looking Skin

This gentle but powerful formula contains our proprietary Retinome® Technology – an advanced delivery system of retinol combined with absorption enhancers, firming peptides and antioxidants. Designed to refine skin texture and visibly smooth fine lines and wrinkles, it’s ideal for first-time Vitamin A users or those prone to sensitivity.

Vitamin A is also highly effective for acne and congested skin by reducing the over-production of dead skin that builds up in the follicle and speeding up skin cell turnover.

New to Vitamin A? Start gently.

Apply this product every 2nd evening for 2 weeks, then daily. Once finished, move up to Level 2 when your skin is ready.

How To Use

• Apply once a day to the face on alternate days for 2–4 weeks, then increase usage as tolerated.
• For some, temporary dryness may occur. Always apply a highly hydrating moisturiser after the product has been absorbed into the skin.
• Gently massage onto face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
• Always apply SPF30 or SPF50 during the day when using Ultraceuticals corrective products.
• Warnings: Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear. Not to be used on damaged or sensitive skin types. Avoid if pregnant or lactating.

Routine Pairing

Apply Ultra A Perfecting Serum to cleansed skin at night. Follow with Ultra B² Hydrating Serum, then a moisturiser formulated to restore skin while sleeping, such as Ultra DNA³ Complex Recovery Night Cream.

Getting started with serums is as easy as ABC – Ultra C in the morning, Ultra A (Retinol) at night and Ultra B² at both.
